Email the job details to ask@jobyfi.ca. A recruitment consultant will then be assigned to you based on your requirements and will contact you to discuss the vacancy further and set up a meeting.
A standard vacancy with a candidate on a one-month notice period will typically be filled within two months.
For example, the process can take longer when hiring: outside of the region (due to relocation considerations), C-suite professionals, or recruiting for highly niche and complex roles. Your Jobyfi consultant will agree with you on a specific timeframe for your vacancy based on your requirements.
The cost varies according to the vacancy and type of recruitment strategy required.
For contingent recruitment, payment is due on the new employee’s start date. Our Executive Search team operates on a retainer basis. Your Jobyfi consultant would clarify the details for you. Please get in touch with us to schedule a free consultation.
